As a consultant joining Management Centre Turkey (MCT) recently, he has taken important responsibilities, provided training and organized workshops in many fields and particularly Marketing and Innovation Strategy, Strategic Planning, Digital Transformation, and Intrapreneurship Processes. In addition to the training he gives in MCT, Sinan Yorgancıgil is giving support for the design, development, and implementation of the projects.

Graduating in 2001 from the Yıldız Technical University - Faculty of Chemical Engineering, Sinan Yorgancıgil completed his postgraduate studies at the RWTH Aachen University in Germany on Process Engineering. He started his career in Bayer AG while still a postgraduate student in 2004. After returning to Turkey and performing his military service he started as a Process Engineer in Eczacıbaşı Holding – İpek Kağıt Factory in 2006 where he assumed the Product Development Manager, Business Development and Brand Manager positions. Between 2014 – 2018 he worked as Marketing and Strategy Manager in Sabancı Holding – Yünsa. And finally, he served as the Marketing & Business Development Director in Kale Industry Holding.

Yorgancıgil has in addition to countless in-company trainings that he participated, successfully completed the Koç University Turquality Executive Training Program in 2008, the Executive MBA program again at the Koç University in 2012, the Future-Fit Leadership Program at the Eczacıbaşı Holding in 2013, and finally the SA-Lab Program and the Mentoring Program at the Sabancı Holding in 2017.

Photography is his top hobby, Yorgancıgil believes that he can thus strengthen his skills to be able to both see the big picture and also to focus on the details.
