Serkan Küçükselek is working as a Consultant at Management Centre Türkiye (MCT). He provides consulting for strategy and action planning to companies in order to help individuals strengthen their positions in each phase of the long career marathon.
He studied at the Marine Engines Department in the Maritime High School and received a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Yıldız Technical University Faculty of Chemistry.
Küçükselek began his professional career in the Sales and Marketing Department at Bristol Myers Squibb pharmaceutical company. He moved on to serve as the Fuel Oil Sales Manager in Muğla District of the Fuel Oil Marketing Directorate at Petrol Ofisi. During his tenure in this position, he took the lead for the conceptualization and implementation of countless projects.
He was then appointed as the Fuel Oil Training Manager, reporting to the Fuel Oil Marketing Director. “PO ACADEMY” was the first concept developed by Serkan Küçükselek. The concept of the academy consisted of improving sales and customer satisfaction by training the administrators and personnel working in 3,800 Gas Stations registered in the network of Petrol Ofisi.
Serkan Küçükselek implemented countless projects as well as taking part in the development of a variety of training programs with TÜBİTAK and the Ministry of Labor within the scope of the “PO ACADEMY.” Küçükselek managed the company's gas stations and aspired to improve their representation abilities and profitability as the person in charge of internal company operations between 2008 and 2009.
KÜÇÜKSELEK, after ending its corporate life in Petrol Ofisi in 2010, has taken initiatives in 3 different sectors, namely Construction, Entertainment and Health. By bringing this experience to the stage, he had the chance to contribute to companies that benefited from his professionalism by analyzing and sharing experiences from different perspectives.
KÜÇÜKSELEK, who took a break from his consultancy life for a while in the second half of 2017 and went to Silicon Valley/San Francisco with a growth mindset, with the program he attended, the company visits he made and the experience he gained, after a 6-month hiatus, he developed an algorithmic approach with a different perspective. He started coding education to adapt the thinking to the design language.
