Çisil Ulusoy, as Product Director and Consultant at Management Center Turkey (MCT), designs and implements organizational solutions and holistic programs for companies locally and globally. In the last 14 years of her 19 years of work experience, he has specialized in Leadership, Management Consulting, Organizational Development Consulting, Facilitation, Experience Design and Adult Learning Theories.

Throughout his consultancy career, which started with expertise in European Union projects, he supports companies from different sectors, especially in the production, finance, energy, technology, pharmaceutical and telecommunication sectors, to achieve the desired goal by strengthening their organizational systems, processes and employees.

Çisil has worked with many Fortune 500 global companies and Turkey Capital 100 companies as a consultant. national and international, including Google, Microsoft, ABB, ATI, Philip Morris International, Johnson & Johnson, Sanofi, Amgen, Vodafone, CCI, GSK, Lilly, HSBC, Denizbank, TSKB, Şişecam, Eczacıbaşı Holding, BP, Akbank, Teknosa. He has made and implemented large-scale projects for companies. On top of her experience in Turkey, Çisil worked at Insights L&D in the USA for 3 years, increasing her global experience in the sector and rejoining the Management Center Turkey staff.

She completed his university education at Bilkent University, Department of Economics and entered the honor list. She completed his master's degree at Linnaeus University in Sweden with the first place in the "Leadership and Management in International Context" department. Thesis; “Leading smoothly: hidden dimensions of leadership” was awarded with the “Memorandum of Excellence” document for its contributions to the field of management and leadership.

Çisil, who has Insights Discovery and ORSC certificates, also gives consultancy as an Insights Global Faculty Member. He has published articles on Leadership, Organizational Development and Adult Learning Approaches.
