Working as a Consultant at Management Centre Türkiye (MCT), Ayce Armağan Hamzaoğulları integrates her knowledge in finance with her expertise in Development and Assessment Center Applications, helps corporate employees with their personal awareness rising and their self-development through trainings that are created in parallel with the findings obtained in the previous process. 

Ayce Armağan Hamzaoğulları ensures the emergence of individuals’ strong sides that are open to improvement via the employment of several tools during a period, in which individuals try to get to know themselves and she tries to support their development by creating self-awareness through feedbacks, while she nests this into a frame of plan.

Ayce Armağan Hamzaoğulları has completed the first phase of coaching certificate from one of the leading schools, she is using her knowledge and experience in this topic during feedback sessions and during her one-on-one interviews with the participants for a development process follow-up. She has completed 3 years of Gestalt Practitioner Training and Gestalt Practicum sessions and continues Gestalt Theory and Practicum.  

Her client portfolio till now predominantly consists of banks, insurance companies, financial corporations, telecommunication, retail, construction market, manufacturing and FMCG corporations. Eight years of consulting took place in the evaluation process of about 2,500 people in her career.

She graduated from İstanbul University, Department of English Economy in 1992 and in 1994 she completed her masters degree at the same university, in the Department of Business, International Business Administration program. She has several expertise in Investment and Consumer Banking. Furthermore, Ayce Hamzaogulları has for a long time been a manager in the banking sector, following fund and portfolio management, she participated in the formation of branches, formation and management of sales teams.

Additionally, she aims at improving her knowledge in Transactional Analysis due to the fact that it is one of the most valuable tools towards increasing emotional awareness.
